If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached

Non-Eligible Items

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or purchased during final sale promotions may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, email us at:

Include:

• Order Number
• Reason for return
• Images (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
